for the class supply list (also on back of bulletin), academic calendar, etc and any questions

you may have for the 2017-18 school year. Thank you.

 

MSUN Basketball Camp will be June 19th – 21st in the Refiner gym from 9am-11:30am for all students K-6 and 1pm-4pm for Girls in grades 7-12 and 4pm-7pm for Boys in grade 7-12. For more information please contact Coach Aschim @ 450-7042 or 450-8759.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS!!

Sunburst Swim Team signups are happening now! Please contact Haylee or Stacey Koon for more information or read the posting on the Sunburst Neighborhood Buzz via Facebook. Registration must be completed by today, May 26th. There are registration forms at the Early Bird.

 

The Sunburst Lutheran church will be hosting Vacation Bible School June 26th-30th from 9am-1:30pm for kids entering grades 1st-6th. Flathead Lutheran Bible camp will be hosting. Please contact Wendy McAlpine (335-2010) to register your children by June 1st or to help volunteer. All kids are welcome!

 

The Summer Reading program at the Sunburst Public Library will take place on Friday, June 2nd, 9th and 16th from 11:00-12:00. Any child from pre-K through 4th grade will enjoy all the wonderful activities this program provides. MaryJo will keep everyone updated via her post on the Sunburst Neighborhood Buzz via Facebook.

 

2017 Hunter Education! Please register online with MT Fish Wildlife and Parks. Student books are available at Shelby Paint & Hardware. Read and write answers for all chapters before coming to class. Classes will be held at Marias River Electric hospitality room on the following dates:  June 26, 27, 28, 29, 30. Any questions, please call 406-424-5087.

 

Montana Food Bank Networks’ Mail-a-Meal program is designed to reach Montanans in rural, remote, low population areas without access to emergency food assistance or nutritious, quality food. Households are able to submit a request to receive a 50 pound box of non-perishable foods once per month with a simple intake form. The boxes are shipped directly to your door or a central community location; each box contains approximately 50 lbs of shelf stable food; provides roughly 5-7 days of meals for 4 people; maximum of 1 box per household, per month; to apply call Diane Matthews at Montana Food Bank Network 215-1767.

 

Summer is quickly approaching. If you find yourself in need of assistance with providing food for your family during the summer months, please feel free to call upon the Sunburst Community Food Pantry.
